2. Service
Doigts Magiques is an educational web typing application (also presented as Zauberfinger / Magic Fingers depending on the interface language), used in a compatible browser.
Guest use and a free account remain available. Paid plans mainly add multi-device sync and higher profile limits, depending on the selected plan.
3. Plans
- Free — account without a paid plan.
- Solo — €9.90 incl. tax per month; 1 syncable profile; multi-device sync; full pedagogical access under the current access policy.
- Family — €14.90 incl. tax per month; up to 5 syncable profiles; multi-device sync; full pedagogical access under the current access policy.
Professional 30 and Professional 100 are not publicly marketed at this stage. They may be granted complimentary by the publisher and do not constitute a public offer.
Prices are in euros including tax. Payment is processed by Stripe. Paid access is provided after payment confirmation.
4. Subscription and renewal
Solo and Family subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically. Charges follow the schedule shown by Stripe at checkout and on invoices.
The contract starts on payment confirmation and continues in successive one-month periods until cancellation or non-renewal.
5. Technical conditions
An Internet connection and an up-to-date browser are required. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or incidents. Reasonable availability is sought but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel online from the Account page (“Cancel my subscription”) or via the Stripe customer portal (“Manage my subscription”). Cancellation stops automatic renewal. Paid access is generally kept until the end of the period already paid (end date shown on the account).
Profiles, progress and learning history are not deleted merely because of cancellation.
7. Withdrawal right
Under consumer law, you generally have fourteen (14) days to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions (including where immediate performance of the digital service is requested and the right is waived when required by law).

8. Complaints
Complaints about a subscription may be sent to Nightcall support at contact@doigtsmagiques.com. At launch, Nightcall applies a commercial policy of prompt refunds for justified dissatisfaction, without prejudice to statutory rights.
9. Consumer mediation
A consumer mediator will be appointed and listed in these terms once the relevant arrangement is in place. Until then, please contact Nightcall support (section 8).
10. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Payments are handled by Stripe; Nightcall does not store full card numbers.
11. Intellectual property
The interface, pedagogical content and graphic elements are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.
12. Liability
The service is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, Nightcall’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable loss linked to the paid subscription, and cannot exceed amounts paid for the last three subscription months.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, competent courts are those determined by applicable procedure rules.
